Milton the Toaster


Does anyone else remember Milton the Toaster. As a child, Milton was an icon that was revered alongside Ronald McDonald, Captain Crunch, and Coca-Cola. Milton was the spokesman for Kellogg's Pop-Tarts and I believe another brand that they made called Danish Go Rounds.
Now in my book, nothing beat Danish Go Rounds. They were bigger and thicker than Pop Tarts, so they would hold more cinnamon or strawberry or blueberry, etc., and they were made ot of the same type crust as Pop Tarts, so if you made them a bit too brown it would not overwhelm or should I say underwhelm (since this is already a grammatician's nightmare anyway) one's taste buds. Bring them back Kellogg's.
